Alignment with the business/organization is a critical element of a successful learning initiative. Unfortunately, many initiatives change how the company and people operate with little thought given to making the outcome a reality in the workplace. This session Jay will:

  • provide a business initiative questionnaire that provides a useful framework for developing training and measurement strategies that align with business goals
  • explore how level three and four measurement processes can drive business and training effectiveness
  • identify ways to develop and utilize level three and four measurement

About the Presenter:
Jay Kasdan has worked with America's leading companies over the past 15 years to help them design, develop and implement creative training solutions. Jay was the training and change management manager for Deluxe Corporation’s initial SAP implementation that received the American SAP Users Group national Impact award.

Jay operates with a win-win approach that generates partnerships and creative solutions that produce results. He is passionate about measuring results of training and specializes in solutions that drive business results, system implementations and measurement. Jay is often selected to speak at national and regional events on these topics.
